Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO + Meta Ads)

About the role

We run an SEO agency for ecommerce and professional services clients. You’ll mostly work across client accounts, plus some work growing our own pipeline. 40 hours per week, long term. We need someone who executes, not someone who talks strategy.

Primary (must have)

  • SEO: technical audits, on-page, link building, real ranking and traffic results.

Strong plus

  • Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram): building, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns for clients.

Bonus, not required

  • Google Ads
  • Email marketing
  • Experience using AI tools / LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude) in your work

What actually matters

We don’t care about your bio or your agency story. We care about proof. Specifically:

  • Have you worked with national or international brands, not just small local clients?
  • Can you show real, linkable proof of what you delivered?

How to apply (read carefully)

Skip the intro and the relationship-building. Lead with proof.

Put all your proof in a Google Doc or PDF and share the link in the application form. Include:

  • Links to results. Live links only. Sites you ranked, campaigns you ran, ad dashboards, case studies, before/after traffic. If it isn’t linkable or screenshot-able, leave it out.
  • Brands and scale. List the brands with URLs. Mark which were national or international. Local-only is fine to list, but it’s not what we’re after.
  • SEO proof. A technical audit, Search Console data, or before/after rankings and traffic.
  • Meta Ads proof. Campaign screenshots, ad manager dashboards, or client results.
  • LLM experience. Do you use AI tools in your workflow? How?
